Service Delays at OR Tambo International Airport

Dear Valued Client

Please be advised that the G20 Leaders’ Summit taking place in Johannesburg this weekend has resulted in significant road closures around OR Tambo International Airport, which are already causing delays this morning due to limited access for ground transport. Cargo Road into the airport is fully closed, and entry is restricted to Voortrekker Road up to the SAA Cargo area. Customers with cargo arriving during this period are kindly requested to anticipate extended lead times for both collections and deliveries. Our team will continue to manage and communicate schedules as effectively as possible throughout the summit.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are taking all possible measures to minimize disruptions.

Should you have any queries, please reach out to our JHB Office on 011 023 4630.
