DURBAN PORT OPERATIONS – ON STANDBY

Dear Customers

Durban Port experienced severe gusts of wind throughout the evening, causing terminal operations to be on standby.  Transnet confirms that Pier 1 waterside & landside operations is currently still on standby while Pier 2 has started working again. Any downtime at port unfortunately effects onward collections and deliveries, which will be communicated per shipment basis. Our team are navigating these delays and working alongside our trucking partners to ensure cargo is delivered timeously.

Should you haven any queries, please feel free to reach out to a local SCT representative.
