London Heathrow, Europe’s busiest airport, expects disruption as 700 workers are to go on strike from 18 November to 21 November in a dispute over pay. The strike will lead to disruption, cancellations and delays at terminals 2, 3 and 4, and is expected to affect Qatar Airways in particular, impacting its additional 10 flights a week scheduled during the World Cup. Other airlines affected include Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines, Cathay-Pacific and Emirates.

To try and avoid delays in any upcoming bookings from this airport, kindly contact your local SCT representatives to provide alternative options, as possible, over this 3 day period.
