We have received confirmation from the Harbour association and several other partners that strike action has started at Durban Harbour early hours this morning. At this early stage it is difficult to predict the severity and duration of the strike and the situation remains very fluid. SCT will endeavour to do our very best to mitigate the strike’s worst effects and we appreciate your patience in evaluating the extend of this delay.

We will keep our customers updated on developments, contingency plans and provide another update later today.

‘Dear Valued Customer
