We have recently experienced increased congestion pressures on the USA routing resulting in berthing and departure delays at numerous ports. Please refer to the below article for more information

  1. Service delays due to strike action on USA railroads

Advisory received from Shipco transport refers to US freight railroads preparing for possible strike to commence on Friday 16th September. The railroads have already reduced services while negotiations are underway. If no agreement is made by Friday, we do expect rail service disruptions and delays. Any new developments and direct delays on any of our client shipments, will be communicated.

  1. UK, Felixstowe port strike action

Further strike action is expected at Felixstowe port between 27thSeptember and 5th October. 

Please expect supply chain delays in the UK and possible port closure.
