Durban and Cape Town ports have been experiencing disruptions due to high winds causing delays in both landside and waterside operations. Such conditions influence overall port operations but also has a ripple effect on vessel ETA movements. Transnet has issued the attached recovery plan for Cape Town and Durban Pier 2 Landside Operations have resumed but Durban Pier 1 is currently still on standby. Our team is monitoring each delivery delay closely.
